Includes repairs, labor, and spare parts. It does not include consumable items such as the head, or parts whose deterioration is due to normal wear and tear, such as the pinch roller. Accessories such as cutter or dispenser are not included. The equipment must be sent postage paid. Once repaired, it will be returned postage paid by Barcode Site. The repair period will not exceed 5 days, counting from the receipt of the equipment in our workshop.
